Participants will learn how to build international business relationships and to assess the risks and opportunities inherent in the international marketplace.  Presenters include Phil Hobson, founder and president of Phoenix International, a licensed U.S. customs broker/international freight forwarder; and Colvin English of ByHand, who has specialized in handmade and artisanal products for more than 25 years, working directly with both overseas artisans and domestic entrepreneurs to develop and strengthen business skills and to bring the richness of handmade goods into the U.S. market.
