Summer 2016 Events

NY NOW’s A Night On Broadway, featuring SOMETHING ROTTEN!

This event has passed.

This mash-up of 16th Century Shakespeare and 21st Century Broadway tells the story of brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom, two playwrights stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rockstar Will Shakespeare. When a soothsayer foretells the next big thing in theatre, the Bottom brothers set out to write the world’s very first MUSICAL! With the most singing, the most dancing and the most gut-busting laughs on Broadway, it’s something wonderful… something for everyone… It’s SOMETHING ROTTEN!, “the funniest musical comedy in at least 400 years” (Time Out New York)!

Read what the NY NOW team is saying about SOMETHING ROTTEN!:

“Non-stop fun, kept me laughing beginning to end!  An experience not to be missed.”
– Randi Mohr, VP, NY NOW Show Director

“What a great, energetic show.  You will walk out of the theater smiling and tapping your foot at the same time.”
– Scott Kramer, VP, NY NOW Show Director

“Truly funny and fresh, not a retread of anything else!  I loved ‘rockstar’ Will Shakespeare.  I’d see it again tomorrow!”
– Jill Campbell, VP of Marketing
